Every Treatment
Products Only
We built our aesthetics clinic inside a pharmacy for a reason. Every treatment we deliver is held to the same standard of clinical rigour we apply to dispensing medicines.
Pharmacists are custodians of medicines, trained to obsess over dosing, contraindications, and patient safety. That discipline runs through everything we do in the treatment room. From the products we select to the protocols we follow, our standards are not aspirational. They are operational.
Pharmacy-Led Governance
Our aesthetics practice operates under the governance framework of Westbury Chemist, a GPhC-registered pharmacy (Registration: 1041186). This means our clinic is subject to the same regulatory oversight, record-keeping requirements, and patient safety standards as our dispensary.
Superintendent Pharmacist Oluwole Ososami (GPhC: 2047506) oversees all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards at every level.
Qualified Medical Practitioners
Every aesthetic treatment at Westbury Chemist is performed by a trained, insured medical professional. Our lead practitioner, Dr Audrey Elalouf, holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Descartes University, Paris, is GPhC-registered, and trained at the Derma Institute at Euston Medical University, London.
Our practitioners maintain their competence through continuous professional development, hands-on advanced training, and regular clinical audits.
Premium, Traceable Products
We exclusively use CE-marked products from established, reputable manufacturers. Every product used in your treatment is batch-recorded, traceable, and stored in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Juvederm, Restylane, Revolax, and Teoxane dermal fillers
- Profhilo, Nucleofill, and Plinest skin boosters
- Pharmaceutical-grade vitamins and minerals for IV and IM treatments
We do not use unbranded, grey-market, or unregulated products under any circumstances.
Mandatory Pre-Treatment Consultation
No treatment begins without a thorough, face-to-face consultation. During this session, which takes approximately thirty minutes, your practitioner will assess your medical history, evaluate your suitability, discuss treatment options, set realistic expectations, and obtain fully informed written consent.
If a treatment is not suitable for you, we will tell you. We never recommend a procedure that does not serve your best interest.
Emergency Preparedness
Complications in aesthetic medicine are rare but possible. We prepare for every scenario so that if something unexpected occurs, we can act immediately and decisively.
- Hyaluronidase for filler dissolution is stocked on site at all times
- Adrenaline auto-injectors and anaphylaxis kits are immediately accessible
- All practitioners are trained in vascular occlusion management and emergency protocols
- A documented complication management pathway is in place and regularly reviewed
Infection Control & Hygiene
Our treatment environment adheres to clinical-grade hygiene standards. Surfaces are decontaminated between every appointment. All injectable equipment is single-use and disposed of safely in compliance with clinical waste regulations.
We follow aseptic non-touch technique (ANTT) for all injectable procedures, minimising contamination risk at every stage from product preparation to skin contact.
Individualised Treatment Planning
We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Your facial anatomy, skin type, medical history, and personal goals shape every treatment plan. Our practitioners use detailed facial assessment techniques to ensure precise product placement and natural-looking results.
We believe in enhancing what you already have, not masking it. Subtlety and balance are at the core of our aesthetic philosophy.
Structured Aftercare & Follow-Up
Your relationship with our clinic extends beyond the treatment room. Every patient receives clear, written aftercare instructions tailored to their procedure. Anti-wrinkle treatments include a complimentary 14-day review appointment for assessment and top-up if required.
If a complication arises from treatment at our clinic, we manage it at no additional charge, promptly, openly and without exception.
From First Enquiry to Final Follow-Up
We have designed a patient journey that prioritises transparency, informed decision-making, and continuity of care. Every touchpoint is structured to ensure you feel supported, informed, and in control throughout.
There is no pressure at any stage. If you decide a treatment is not right for you, during or after your consultation, we will respect that decision completely.
