Delivery Services: Westbury Chemist is committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services for our customers. We primarily use Royal Mail tracked services for our shipments.
Shipping Options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Delivery)
- Cost: Free for orders over £70; £3.99 for orders under £50.
- Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 2-3 working days.
- Features:
- Regular tracking updates from dispatch.
- Option to select a safe place for delivery if not at home.
- Optional text updates about delivery.
- Orders placed before 4 pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Delivery)
- Cost: £6.99 for orders under £50.
- Delivery Time: Typically delivered within 1-2 working days (Note: This is an estimate by Royal Mail and not a guarantee. Approximately 99% of orders are delivered the next day).
- Features:
- Track your order from the moment it leaves our pharmacy.
- Option to select a safe place for delivery if not at home.
- Optional text updates about delivery.
- Orders placed before 8pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
Additional Information:
- Order Cut-off Times: Orders must be placed before 12PM for one-day dispatch. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the within 2 working days.
- Delivery Estimates: Please note that while we aim to meet these delivery times, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to external factors.
- Upgrading Delivery: You can upgrade to Express Delivery by increasing your basket value or by paying an additional shipping cost.
- Shipping Costs: Displayed shipping costs are for deliveries within the UK Mainland. Additional charges may apply for other areas.
- Tracking: All tracked deliveries allow you to monitor your order’s journey and make arrangements for receiving your package.
- Safe Place Delivery: If you’re not available to receive your delivery, you can designate a safe place for Royal Mail to leave your package.
