Dermal Fillers

Skin Boosters & Polynucleotides

Chemical Peels

Microneedling
Thousands of controlled micro-channels trigger your body's natural collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture, reducing scarring, and enhancing the penetration of active ingredients. Results build with each session across a recommended course of three.
PRP Therapy
Platelet-rich plasma from your own blood is concentrated and injected to stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and promote cellular renewal. Used for skin rejuvenation, hand rejuvenation, and hair restoration. Results develop over 1–3 months and last up to 16 months.
IV Vitamin Therapy
Intravenous drips deliver vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants directly into your bloodstream for up to 90% absorption. Nine drips available — from anti-ageing and immune support to hangover recovery and skin brightening. Each session takes 30–60 minutes.
Vitamin IM Injections
Fast, targeted intramuscular injections that bypass the digestive tract for reliable absorption. Available for Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Biotin — each preceded by a one-to-one assessment to tailor the dose to your needs.

Treatments FAQ
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A face-to-face consultation is mandatory before every aesthetic treatment at Westbury Chemist. During this session, your practitioner will review your medical history, assess your suitability, discuss your goals, and obtain fully informed written consent. This takes approximately thirty minutes.
Who performs the treatments?
All treatments are carried out by trained, GPhC-registered medical professionals. Our lead aesthetic practitioner, Dr Audrey Elalouf, holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and advanced aesthetic training from the Derma Institute, London. Superintendent Pharmacist Oluwole Ososami oversees all clinical operations.
Can I book multiple treatments on the same day?
In some cases, yes. Certain treatments complement each other and can be performed in the same session — for example, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers, or IM vitamin injections alongside an IV drip. Your practitioner will advise whether combining treatments is safe and appropriate for you during your consultation.
What if I am not sure which treatment is right for me?
Book a general consultation. Our practitioner will assess your concerns, explain the available options, and recommend the most effective treatment — or combination of treatments — for your goals. There is no obligation to proceed on the day.
Are your treatments safe?
All treatments are performed by qualified medical professionals using premium, CE-marked products in a GPhC-registered pharmacy environment. We follow strict clinical protocols, maintain emergency supplies (including hyaluronidase for filler reversal), and provide comprehensive aftercare and complication support. What are your opening hours for aesthetic appointments?
Aesthetic appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact the clinic as early as possible if your plans change.
Do you offer payment plans?
Please contact the clinic directly to discuss payment options for courses and higher-value treatments. We are happy to work with you to find an arrangement that suits your needs.
