Dr Audrey Elalouf
Dr Audrey Elalouf is an advanced aesthetic practitioner from France with a strong medical foundation as a GPhC-registered pharmacist. She earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from Descartes University in Paris and completed advanced aesthetic training at the Derma Institute, Euston Medical University, London.
With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to clinical excellence, Dr Elalouf specialises in creating natural, tailored results that enhance her patients' confidence without ever looking overdone. Her approach is patient-focused at every stage — from the initial consultation through to the final follow-up.
Oluwole Ososami
Oluwole oversees all clinical and dispensary operations at Westbury Chemist. As Superintendent Pharmacist, he is the named individual responsible for ensuring that every service — from NHS prescriptions to aesthetic treatments — meets the highest standards of safety, governance, and patient care.
With over 20 years of pharmacy experience, Oluwole brings deep knowledge of pharmaceutical science, drug interactions, and clinical governance to the aesthetics clinic. His oversight ensures that product handling, dosing protocols, and patient safety standards are upheld with the same rigour applied to dispensing prescription medicines.

All aesthetic treatments at Westbury Chemist are performed by trained, GPhC-registered medical professionals. Your practitioner will be confirmed at the time of booking and will remain your point of contact throughout your treatment journey — from consultation through to follow-up.
What qualifications do your practitioners hold?
Our lead practitioner, Dr Audrey Elalouf, holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Descartes University, Paris, and completed advanced aesthetic training at the Derma Institute, London. All practitioners on our team hold a medical or pharmaceutical degree, professional indemnity insurance, and advanced aesthetic qualifications from accredited institutions.
What does "pharmacy-led" mean for my treatment?
It means your aesthetic treatment is delivered within the governance framework of a GPhC-registered pharmacy. This brings additional layers of oversight including strict product handling protocols, dosing accuracy, drug interaction awareness, clinical record keeping, and professional accountability — standards that many standalone aesthetic clinics are not required to meet.
Can I request a specific practitioner?
Yes. If you have a preference for a specific practitioner, let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Continuity of care is important to us — we understand the value of building trust with the same practitioner over time.
How do I know my practitioner is properly trained?
All practitioners at Westbury Chemist are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), which you can verify independently on the GPhC register. Their aesthetic training credentials, insurance status, and CPD records are maintained by the clinic and available for inspection. We are happy to discuss any practitioner's qualifications during your consultation.

Candidates must hold a medical or pharmaceutical degree, advanced aesthetic training from a recognised institution, and valid professional indemnity insurance.
