Ensure the area where the tape will be applied is clean and dry.
Cut the tape to the desired length.
Peel off the backing of the tape.
Apply the tape smoothly over the area, ensuring to cover it completely.
Press down gently but firmly to make sure the tape is securely attached.
Replace the tape as needed.
Note: The tape should not be applied to open wounds, sensitive skin, or if you have a known allergy to zinc oxide. Always follow advice from healthcare professionals for any medical use.
