Contains aspirin and caffeine to provide extra strength in combating symptoms. Ideal for reducing hangover effects. Fill a glass or cup with at least 4 ounces of water or any other type of liquid.
Drop two Alka Seltzer XS tablets into the liquid.
Wait for the tablets to dissolve fully in the liquid, this typically takes about 2 minutes.
Once the fizzing has stopped, drink the mixture straight away.
If you need to, repeat the dose every 4 hours as necessary, but do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Ensure not to take this medication for more than 7 days unless advised by a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.

Alka Seltzer XS may cause allergic reactions, upset stomach, constipation, diarrhea, gas, or headache. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or are taking other medications (especially blood thinners), consult your doctor before use. Do not use it for a longer duration than prescribed. Overuse may lead to overdose or serious health issues. If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention immediately. Avoid alcohol consumption while using this medication. It's not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without doctor's approval. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if you have a history of severe allergic reactions to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Avoid in the last three months of pregnancy due to potential harm to the baby.
Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.
Avoid alcohol while using Alka Seltzer XS as it may increase the risk of stomach bleeding.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have a history of kidney or liver diseases, heart problems, or stomach issues like ulcers.
Seek immediate medical help if you experience symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden severe headache, or signs of bleeding.
