Start by unwrapping the pad from its packaging. Remove any adhesive backing if present.
Position your underwear on a flat surface.
Align the pad along the centerline of your underwear ensuring the adhesive side is facing down and sticks to the underwear.
Ensure the longer end, which is the back of the pad, is positioned towards the back of your underwear. This provides added coverage and protection at night.
Check to make sure the pad is secure and well-centered.
Lastly, adjust your underwear as you normally would when wearing.
Remember to change your pad every 3-4 hours or more frequently depending on your cycle.
