Beechams Powders should be taken as follows:
Ensure your hands are clean before handling the powder.
Open the sachet and pour the contents into a glass.
Add a small amount of water to the glass, enough to dissolve the powder.
Stir the mixture until the powder has fully dissolved.
Drink the entire contents of the glass immediately.
Note: Adults and children aged 16 years and over should take one sachet every three to four hours as needed, but no more than six sachets (doses) in a 24 hours period. Not suitable for children under 16 years. Always read the leaflet that comes with the medication for full directions and heed the restrictions and warnings. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

Avoid Alcohol Consumption: Drinking alcohol while using Beechams may increase the risk of liver damage.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a doctor before using this medication if you're pregnant, plan to conceive, or breastfeeding.
Kidney or Liver Problems: If you have a history of liver or kidney disease, consult your doctor before use.
Overdose: Overdosing can cause severe health issues. Only take the advised dose and seek immediate medical help if you suspect an overdose.
Other Medications: Beechams can interact with other drugs. Inform your doctor about any other medication you're taking.
Avoid Prolonged Use: Prolonged or excessive use can lead to dependency or worsen health conditions.
