For adults and children over 12 years, take two red (day) tablets in the morning and at midday to help with symptoms during the day. At night, take two blue (night) tablets before going to bed in order to reduce discomfort and promote a restful sleep. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water.
Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours and leave at least 4-6 hours between doses. Do not give to children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider.

Paracetamol, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, Caffeine, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride
May cause drowsiness, dizziness or blurred vision. Avoid drinking alcohol, driving, or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
May cause mild stomach upset or constipation.
Possible allergic reactions, including rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, and trouble breathing.
May cause difficulty urinating.
People with certain health conditions - like heart disease, high blood pressure, liver or kidney disease - should check with a doctor before using this medicine.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use it without consulting a doctor.
