Dissolve one tablet in approximately 200ml of water.
Drink immediately once the tablet is fully dissolved.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Biotin (Vitamin B7), Folic acid (Vitamin B9), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Blackcurrant flavour.
Allergic Reactions: Some people may have an allergic reaction to Berocca Blackcurrant Tablets. Symptoms may include rash, itching, swelling or severe dizziness.
Gastrointestinal Issues: Berocca can cause stomach upsets, constipation, or loose bowels in some people.
Overdose Risks: High doses of certain vitamins in Berocca may lead to health issues like nerve damage or diarrhoea.
Not for Certain People: It should not be taken by people with kidney problems, certain types of anemia, or those who have an intolerance to some sugars, without medical advice.
Drug Interactions: It can interact with other medications like antibiotics, leading to reduced effectiveness.
Enhanced Urine Yellowing: The vitamin B2 in Berocca might turn your urine bright yellow. This is harmless and will stop once you discontinue use.
