Take one Berocca Mango Effervescent tablet and drop it into the water.

Consume the drink immediately after the tablet has completely dissolved.
Use only once per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Remember, it is not recommended to exceed daily dose. Consult your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen.
