Shake the bottle well before use.
Carefully remove the plastic cap from the top of the spray.
Position the spray nozzle to your mouth, ideally under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek.
Spray once, and you'll have your daily dose of 4000IU of Vitamin D.
After spraying, avoid swallowing for a few seconds to allow the Vitamin D to fully absorb.
Replace the cap after use and store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless directed by a healthcare professional.
