Apply a small amount of BetterYou Magnesium Gel directly to the skin.
Gently massage the gel into the skin around the desired area.
Continue massage until the product is thoroughly absorbed.
BetterYou Magnesium Gel can be used in the morning or before sleep.
This product can be used up to twice a day.
For best results, apply to areas such as the thighs, arms, chest or feet.
After application, thoroughly wash hands.
Do not apply the gel to broken or irritated skin.
