Ensure the area where you'll apply the gel is clean and dry.
Apply a thin layer of Biofreeze Pain Relief Gel to the affected area.
Massage the gel into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
Do not use more than four times daily; reapply as necessary.
Wash your hands immediately after application.
Note: Always consult with a healthcare professional before using it. Avoid contact with eyes or damaged skin.

Menthol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Ilex Paraguariensis Leaf Extract, Isopropyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Melissa Officinalis Leaf Extract, Silicon Dioxide, Tocopheryl Acetate, Triethanolamine, Water.

Skin Irritation: Biofreeze may cause redness, rashes, or burning sensations. Stop use and consult a doctor if the condition worsens.
Eye Irritation: Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. If it comes into contact, immediately rinse with water.
Respiratory Tract Irritation: Inhalation may cause respiratory tract irritation. Use in a well-ventilated area.
Allergic Reaction: Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms of allergic reaction such as swelling, itching, or difficulty breathing.
Not for Internal Use: Do not ingest, use on wounds, damaged skin, or with a heating pad.
Children Usage: Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental ingestion or application.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult with a healthcare professional before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
