Twist and remove the seal from the bottle.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to clear any food particles.
Pour 10ml of Care Chlorhexidine MouthWash into the cap, do not dilute.
Rinse thoroughly around the mouth for about 1 minute then spit it out.
Do not swallow.
Use twice daily (morning and night) or as recommended by your dentist.
Do not rinse your mouth with water or brush immediately after using the mouthwash to allow the active ingredients to work.
Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after use.
