Start by removing any existing insoles from your shoes.
Take the Carnation Cushion Comfort Insoles out of their packaging.
If necessary, trim the insoles to match your shoe size. You can use your old insoles as a guide, tracing their shape onto the new Carnation insoles and then cutting along those lines. Ensure you trim from the toe area and not the heel for perfect sizing.
Once you've got the right size, insert the Carnation insoles into your shoes, making sure they lie flat and cover the whole sole, with the padded side facing upwards.
Press firmly to ensure the insoles are secure and adjust as necessary.
Repeat the process with your other shoe.
