Start by ensuring that the area of the foot where you plan to apply the plaster is clean and dry.
Peel the protective film from the back of the plaster and avoid touching the adhesive side as much as possible.
Apply the plaster over the blister or the area where the blister is likely to occur. The hydrocolloid technology will absorb the moisture of the blister, creating a protective layer.
Smooth down the edges of the plaster to ensure a perfect seal around the blister.
Leave the plaster on until it starts to peel off, which could take up to several days. For optimal healing, the plaster should be left in place to absorb the moisture and allow natural healing.
When removing, gently peel it away from the skin, parallel to the skin, avoiding pulling it straight up.
If there is still a blister, a new plaster can be applied.
