Start with a clean face: Wash your face using a gentle cleanser before applying the cream.
Take a reasonable amount of the CeraVe Salicylic Acid Smoothing Cream on your fingertips.
Apply the cream: Gently apply the cream to your face or to the desired area in a circular motion. Be sure to avoid the eye area.
Let it absorb: Allow the cream to fully absorb into your skin without washing it off. It is best to leave it overnight for maximum absorption.
Regular use: For the best results, use this cream regularly, ideally at night after cleansing and drying your skin.
Use Sunscreen: Because Salicylic Acid can increase skin's sensitivity to the sun, it's important to apply sunscreen during the day when using this product.
Caution: In the case of skin irritation, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare provider. Always patch test a small amount of the cream on your skin before full application.
