    Fill the cap to the 10ml line.
    Swish the rinse around in your mouth thoroughly for one minute. Ensure the rinse reaches all parts of the mouth.
    Spit out the rinse. Do not swallow.
    Do not rinse your mouth with water after using Fluorigard.
    Use twice a day - once in the morning and once at night after brushing your teeth.
    Note: Do not drink or eat anything for 15 minutes after rinsing to ensure maximum effectiveness.
