Unscrew the cap from the bottle.
Pour 20ml of the Colgate Max White One Mouth Rinse into the cap up to the marked line.
Empty the liquid from the cap into your mouth.
Swish the mouth rinse throughout your mouth for about 60 seconds. Make sure it reaches all parts of your teeth and gums. Do not swallow.
After swishing, spit out the mouth rinse.
Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after using to ensure effectiveness.
Use twice daily for optimal results.
Aqua, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Zinc Citrate, Aroma, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Sodium Saccharin, Sucralose, Citric Acid, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Cl 74160.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not swallow - contains fluoride, may cause stomach upset if swallowed.
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for kids under 6 years.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs in the mouth or throat.
Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort during use.
Allergic reaction to ingredients may occur in rare cases.
Avoid use if you have any open mouth sores or injuries.
Consult a dentist if using other fluoride products to avoid excessive intake.
Only for adults and children older than 6 years.
Do not swallow, it's for rinsing only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Not recommended if you're sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
