Uncap the Colgate Toothbrush Cavity Protection Freshmint 100ml toothpaste.
Wet your toothbrush with clean water.
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the bristles of your toothbrush.
Brush teeth thoroughly, ideally after each meal, at least twice a day.
Clean every corner of your mouth including every tooth, gums and tongue.
Rinse mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Replace the cap after use to keep the paste hygienic and fresh.
This product is not meant for children under the age of six, unless directed by a health professional. Remember, do not swallow the toothpaste; spit it out after brushing.

Over-Fluoridation - swallowing toothpaste containing fluoride regularly may lead to fluorosis, especially in children under 6. This condition affects the teeth's enamel, causing discoloration and pitting.
Gastrointestinal problems - swallowing large amounts of toothpaste may cause stomach pain or diarrhea.
Please keep in mind:
- Avoid swallowing; toothpaste should be spit out after brushing.
