Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Colgate Toothpaste Sensitive Instant Relief onto a soft toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day. Ensure to reach all areas, especially the gums and back teeth.
Spit out the toothpaste after brushing but do not rinse immediately. The remaining toothpaste provides ongoing protection.
Always replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if it becomes worn.
