Benefit from advanced oral care technology with the effective Colgate Toothpaste Total Advanced Whitening Pump - a powerhouse aimed at improving your dental health while brightening your smile. This toothpaste, with its uniquely designed bristles and specialised polishing cups, not only gets rid of plaque but also whitens teeth by removing surface stains. Its protective ribbon helps kill bacteria and keeps your gums safe. A voluminous addition to dental care, offering a balanced blend of effective protection and teeth whitening!

Start by dispensing a pea-size amount of Colgate Total Advanced Whitening Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Insert the toothbrush into your mouth and brush all the surfaces of the teeth using gentle circular motions. Aim to clean the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
Brush the teeth for at least two minutes, twice a day, preferably in the morning and before bed.
After brushing, spit out the toothpaste. Do not swallow.
Rinse your brush and mouth well with water.
To maximize the whitening effect, avoid eating or drinking anything that can stain your teeth for at least one hour after brushing.
Replace your toothbrush every three months or when the bristles start to wear out for optimal results.
The pump should always be locked after use to maintain product quality.
Note: For children under 6 years old, use only a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing until good habits are established to avoid swallowing the toothpaste.
Remember not to swallow the toothpaste and in case of intake of fluoride from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
