Twist the cap to unlock the pump.
Depress the pump to dispense a pea-sized amount of Colgate Ultra Cavity Protection toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly, applying the toothpaste to all parts of your mouth including the gums, molars, and the back of your teeth, for at least 2 minutes.
Once you have completed brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Wipe the pump clean and twist the cap back to the locked position to keep the toothpaste fresh and hygienic.

Excessive ingestion in children may lead to fluorosis (discoloration or pitting in tooth enamel).
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if irritation persists.
People with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not use this product as it contains sorbitol, which is a source of fructose.
If irritation (like redness, swelling, soreness) of the gums or the mouth occurs, stop use and consult a dentist.
Remember, this toothpaste is for oral use only.
Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.
Do not swallow. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center.
Use only as directed by a dentist or physician.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
