Wet your toothbrush and squeeze a pea-sized amount of Colgate White Teeth Toothpaste onto the brush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly for about 2 minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth, focusing on areas where staining is common such as the front and back of your upper and lower teeth.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove any remaining toothpaste.
It's advised to brush your teeth at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed, or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
Do not swallow the toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing to avoid ingestion.
