Wet your toothbrush slightly.
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the Colgate Advanced White Charcoal Toothpaste onto the toothbrush.
Place the toothbrush in your mouth and brush your teeth thoroughly.
Brush all tooth surfaces and your tongue for optimal freshness and oral health, it should take about 2 minutes.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
For optimal results, brush your teeth twice a day.
