Open the cap of the Colgate Total Advance White toothpaste.
Squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly, covering all areas including the front, back, and chewing surfaces of the teeth for at least 2 minutes.
Make sure to reach all areas, including the gum line.
Spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse immediately.
For optimal results, brush your teeth twice a day, preferably after each meal.
Replace your toothbrush every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
Remember, children of 6 years and younger should only use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
