Clean your foot thoroughly and dry it. Do not apply any lotions or creams.
Remove the Compeed plaster from its packaging.
Warm the plaster in your hands for about a minute to soften it and make it stick better.
Remove the backing paper and avoid touching the adhesive side.
Place the plaster over the blister, ensuring it is centered on the affected toe.
Press the plaster down firmly, smoothing out any bubbles.
Do not remove the plaster until it starts to peel off on its own (this may take a few days to a week).
To take the plaster off, gently pull it from the edges towards the center and it should come off without any pain.
Remember not to puncture your blister unless it is causing you extreme discomfort, as your body naturally protects new skin under the blister.

Allergic Reaction: Some people might experience skin irritation, rashes or redness due to hypersensitivity to the plaster material.

Discontinue use if skin becomes red or swollen.

Seek medical advice if the blister does not heal within a week.
