Apply a pea-sized amount of Corsodyl Extra Fresh Complete Protection Toothpaste on your toothbrush.
Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, covering all areas including the teeth, gums, and tongue. Do this twice a day - in the morning and at night before bedtime.
Make sure to reach all corners and backs of your teeth.
Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow.
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
For optimal results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after brushing.
Always follow the product packaging and your dentist's instructions regarding tooth brushing. This toothpaste is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
