Shake the Deep Freeze Cold Spray can vigorously before use.
Hold the spray approximately 15cm from the affected area.
Apply 2-3 short bursts of spray, not exceeding a duration of a couple of seconds each time. This will avoid frostbite.
Do not directly inhale the spray and avoid any contact with eyes, mouth, or other sensitive areas.
Always ensure to use the spray in well-ventilated areas.
The application can be repeated if the pain continues, but you should allow at least 15 seconds between each application.
Remember, this is an external use only product and should be kept well out of reach of children. Always follow the instructions on the packaging.
