Pour approximately 15ml of Difflam Sore Throat Rinse into the cup provided, or use the measurement marks on the bottle for guidance. This usually equals to about one tablespoonful.
Gargle or rinse the liquid in your mouth for 20 to 30 seconds.
Spit out the rinse. Do not swallow it.
Repeat this process every 2 to 3 hours as necessary or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
