Take one Dioralyte Relief Blackcurrant sachet and dissolve it in 200ml (roughly a glass) of water.
Stir the solution until the contents of the sachet have completely dissolved and it becomes clear.
Consume the entire amount immediately after preparation.
Use one sachet after each loose motion.
Do not consume more than the recommended dosage. For adults, this is up to 5 sachets in 24 hours and for children, it varies according to their weight.
It is recommended to consume Dioralyte Relief Blackcurrant Sachets for up to 3-4 days until the symptoms of dehydration subside.
Remember to keep hydrated with other fluids as well, as part of a regular diet.

This medication should not be used in patients with kidney disease, intestinal obstruction or perforation, unless advised by a healthcare professional. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their healthcare provider before use.
