Wet the area with clean water.
Pour a small amount of Femfresh Intimate Wash onto your hand.
Apply the wash externally to your intimate area.
Lather gently, then rinse well with warm water.
Pat dry with a clean towel.
Use this daily or as required to support normal pH balance.
