Ensure the skin is clean and dry before applying Flexiseq Gel Max Strength.
Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger for each affected joint.
Apply twice daily, in the morning and evening, to the area of pain or stiffness.
Evenly spread the gel and gently massage it into the skin until it's fully absorbed.
After application, allow the treated area to dry for at least 10 minutes before covering it.
Do not apply the gel on broken, infected, or damaged skin.
Wash hands after each application.
Do not touch your eyes or other sensitive areas with the gel on your hands.
For the maximum benefit, use the gel consistently as directed.
