Forceval Multivitamin & Mineral Capsules should be taken orally, typically once a day or as directed by your doctor. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably with a meal to increase absorption and to reduce stomach upset. Do not crush or chew the capsules. It's important to take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it.

Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Molybdenum, Potassium.

Forceval Multivitamin & Mineral Capsules may cause few side effects such as upset stomach, diarrhea, or constipation. It may also cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to some ingredients. Long term use or excessive doses may lead to other side effects like vitamin or mineral imbalances.
