Wet your hair thoroughly under running water.
Apply a sufficient amount of Head & Shoulders Shampoo Apple Fresh all over your scalp.
Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips.
Ensure you spread it from root to tip of your hair.
Allow it to sit for a few minutes.
Rinse your hair thoroughly until all the shampoo is washed out.
Repeat the process if required.
For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
