Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Unwrap the Kotex Maxi Pad from its packaging and remove the backing paper to reveal the adhesive side of the pad.
Position your underwear and stick the pad onto the crotch area, ensuring the adhesive side is fixed onto the underwear. The pad should be positioned in such a way that it lines up with your vaginal area.
Adjust the position if necessary so that it provides maximum comfort and protection.
Check your pad every 2-4 hours. If it appears saturated or feels wet, it's time to change it.
To dispose of a used pad, wrap it in toilet paper or put it back in its original wrapper and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.
Always remember to wash your hands again after handling a used pad.
Remember, it is good to have an extra pad with you in case you need to change in public places.
