Easy to use, it's your go-to solution for efficient cold and flu symptom management. Prepare to regain your health, with the comforting care of Lemsip Sachets.

Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or cup.
Fill with hot but not boiling water up to the 200ml mark, and stir until dissolved.
Allow the drink to cool down to a safe temperature.
Drink the entire contents of the cup.
Repeat every 4-6 hours as necessary.
Don't take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.

Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sucrose, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Lemon Flavour, Saccharin Sodium.

Possible side effects may include allergic reactions, worsening of asthma, gastrointestinal upset, dizziness, skin rash, headache, sleep disturbances, and raised blood pressure.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Avoid alcohol as it may increase drowsiness.
May cause drowsiness or dizziness, so be cautious while driving or operating machinery.
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after three days.
Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
Do not use if you are taking other medicines containing paracetamol or if you have liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or overactive thyroid.
Do not use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 14 days.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Avoid consumption if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by a doctor.
Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Overdosage may cause liver damage.
Do not take with other products containing paracetamol.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you have an underlying medical condition or are on other medication.
