Adults and children aged 16 and over should take two capsules every 4 to 6 hours as required.
Do not take more than 8 capsules in 24 hours.
Swallow the capsules whole with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not suitable for children below 16 years of age.
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Caffeine
Allergic reactions: Symptoms can include a rash, swallowing or breathing problems, swelling of the lips, face, throat, or tongue.
Blood disorders: These may result in bruising, bleeding, tiredness, or infections.
Serious skin reactions.
Dehydration.
Abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, or nausea.
Mental problems like confusion, hallucinations, and anxiety.
Sleep problems.
Elevated heart rate or palpitations.
Difficulty urinating.
Always talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you experience any unusual side effects. Never exceed the recommended dosage and seek immediate medical help if you have taken too many capsules. Avoid use if you are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or phenylephrine, or if you have certain underlying health conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or liver/kidney problems. It is also not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Avoid usage if you have liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, diabetes, glaucoma, or enlarged prostate.
Avoid self-medicating for more than 7 days unless prescribed by doctor.
Not advised for children under 12 years.
Do not consume along with alcohol.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a healthcare professional.
If you are taking any other medications, consult your doctor before using this product.
It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, avoid operating heavy machinery or driving.
