Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the solution is thoroughly mixed.
Remove the cap and measure out the correct dosage using the included measuring cup or a medication spoon.
The usual dose for adults and children aged 12 years and over is 20ml, to be taken four times a day.
If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult your doctor or healthcare professional.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Ensure to wipe the bottle neck clean and replace the cap securely after use.
Remember, Lemsip Cough Oral Solution is not recommended for children under 12 years old. Always read the label and use this product only as directed.

Allergic reaction: Seek immediate medical attention if you notice symptoms like rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
Dehydration: This medication may cause sweating. Drink plenty of fluids unless otherwise directed by your doctor to prevent dehydration.
Liver damage: High dosages or long-term use of Lemsip can potentially harm the liver. Regularly monitor your liver function if you're using the medication for a prolonged period.
Gastrointestinal problems: It may cause stomach upset, constipation, and nausea. If these persist or worsen, contact your doctor.
Alcohol interaction: Avoid alcohol as it may increase the risk of liver damage.
Dizziness: This medication can cause dizziness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Overdose: In case of overdose, get medical help immediately. Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, sweating, stomach pain, confusion, or weakness.
