Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or glass.
Fill it with hot, but not boiling, water (about 300ml).
Stir until fully dissolved.
Allow the drink to cool down to a drinkable temperature.
Drink the entire concoction.
Repeat every four to six hours as needed.
For adult use, do not exceed more than four sachets in 24 hours.
Always remember to consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen or in case of drug interactions.
