Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or cup.
Fill with boiling water up to the 200 ml mark, or approximately 3/4 full.
Stir well until the granules dissolve fully.
Allow the drink to cool down to a safe, drinkable temperature.
Drink the entire content of the mug or cup.
Repeat the process every 4 - 6 hours if necessary, but do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Ensure there is at least 4 hours gap between each dose.
Note: These directions are intended for adults and children over 12 years old only.
Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Citric Acid, Saccharin Sodium, Aspartame, Lemon Flavour, Curcumin WD.
Allergic reactions: Skin rashes, itching, or difficulty breathing may occur; stop usage and seek medical attention.
Dehydration: This medication may cause sweating, which can lead to dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.
Renal or Hepatic Impairment: Patients with kidney or liver problems should use this product with caution.
Be careful if you have a history of heart problems or high blood pressure; this product contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
Do not consume alcohol while taking this product, as it can increase the risk of liver damage.
If symptoms persist or worsen after a few days, stop usage and consult a doctor.
Do not take more than the prescribed dose or for longer than directed.
Prolonged use without medical supervision may be harmful.
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant before taking this medication.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Avoid taking it if you have heart disease or high blood pressure.

This product contains paracetamol, do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products.
Do not take more than recommended dosage. Overdose may lead to liver damage.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
