Open the packaging of the tablets.
Pick up one tablet. Do not consume more than instructed by your healthcare provider.
Place the tablet in your mouth and chew thoroughly before swallowing. Do not swallow the tablet whole.
After ingestion, wait for about 10-15 minutes, then check your blood glucose again.
If your blood sugar has not reached your target range or if you still feel the symptoms of low blood sugar, consume another tablet.
Once your blood sugar level is stable, try to eat a proper meal or snack to keep your blood sugar stable.
