Pour approximately 20ml of Listerine Stay White Mouthwash into a cup—this is about 4 teaspoons.
Empty the cup into your mouth.
Swish the mouthwash thoroughly around your mouth for about 30 seconds, ensuring it makes contact with all areas, including your gums and teeth.
After 30 seconds, spit out the mouthwash into the sink. Do not swallow.
Refrain from eating or drinking anything for at least 15 minutes after use to allow the mouthwash to continue its action.
To achieve best results, use twice daily - morning and night.
Always remember, this is a supplemental dental hygiene product and should be used in conjunction with regular brushing and flossing.
