Pour 20 milliliters of Listerine Teeth & Gum Defence Mouthwash into a cup. This is roughly equivalent to 4 teaspoonfuls.
Do not dilute the solution with water.
Empty the cup into your mouth.
Swish the mouthwash around in your mouth for about 30 seconds making sure it reaches all areas, including your gums, teeth, and tongue.
After swishing, gargle for a few seconds to allow the mouthwash to reach the back of your throat and between your teeth.
Spit out the mouthwash into the sink. Do not swallow.
Avoid rinsing your mouth, eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards for effective results.
Use twice daily, in the morning and at night, for optimum oral health.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
