Unscrew the cap from the Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash bottle.
Pour 20ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) of mouthwash into the cap or a cup.
Empty the full amount into your mouth.
Swish the mouthwash around your mouth thoroughly for about 30 seconds ensuring it reaches all areas, especially between the teeth.
After swishing, gargle the mouthwash in your mouth for an additional 30 seconds, allowing it to reach the back of your throat and mouth.
Spit out the mouthwash into the sink. Do not swallow.
For the best results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use.
Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, or as directed by your dentist.
Note: This mouthwash is not recommended for use by children under 6 years of age.
