Shake the can well before use to mix the ingredients.
Hold the can approximately 15 cm away from your body or underarm.
Spray the antiperspirant in short bursts onto the skin.
Ensure to spray evenly and not too much in one area.
Allow it to dry completely before dressing to prevent staining. It's recommended to use every morning or before going out for better results.
