Shake the bottle well before each use. A small amount of settling is normal for Milk of Magnesia.
For adults and children 12 years and older, the general dosage is 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml).
For children 6-11 years old, the recommended dosage is 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml).
Children under 6 years should only use under medical supervision.
Dose can be taken up to 4 times daily, preferably at bedtime or as directed by the doctor.
You may drink a full glass of water after taking the medicine for better results.
Always use the measuring cap or spoon for correct dosage.
Do not exceed the maximum dosage in a 24-hour period.
Remember that individual responses can vary, always follow the advice of a healthcare professional if in doubt.

Allergic reactions: Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms like rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
Electrolyte imbalances: Overuse can lead to high levels of magnesium in the blood, resulting in muscle weakness, slow/irregular heartbeat, or persistent diarrhea.
Unsafe for kidney disease patients: Milk of Magnesia may harm those with kidney problems. Consult your doctor before use.
Possible laxative dependency: Overuse can lead to dependency for bowel movements.
Interactions with other medications: Milk of Magnesia can interact with certain drugs, affecting their absorption. Always inform your doctor about other medications you are taking.
Unsuitable for prolonged use: Do not use for more than a week unless directed by your doctor.
