Ensure that your underarms are clean and completely dry.
Take off the cap of the Mitchum Powder Fresh Anti-Perspirant Deodorant.
Twist the base to raise the stick until a small amount is exposed.
Apply an even layer to your underarms.
You should only need to use 2 or 3 strokes for a full coverage.
Allow it to dry before dressing to avoid staining your clothes.
Reapply as needed throughout the day.
