Take a shower or bath to clean your body.
Dry your underarms thoroughly before application to ensure the product will work effectively.
Remove the Mitchum Roll On Fresh Ice Men Deodorant cap.
Apply the product by gently rolling the deodorant onto the underarm area.
Apply a thin, even layer to cover the entire underarm area.
Allow the deodorant to dry for a minute or two before dressing to prevent it from smearing on your clothes.
Cover the roll-on with its cap back after using it to maintain its freshness.
Use daily for best results. Regularly reapply, as needed, throughout the day, especially before or after a workout.
